Membership Memo

Bluestreak I MES I QMS™ joined PCI about four years ago. As a technology provider to this serviced-based market, we have appreciated everything PCI has to offer, and have enjoyed partnering with PCI by connecting to the membership through participating at events, speaking opportunities, annual meetings and sponsorships.

From what we are experiencing in the market, (especially internationally), there is an accelerated interest in adding or upgrading powder coating business software; technology to run an entire company from quoting and order entry to invoicing and shipping. We’re finding that powder coating professionals are eager to embrace new technologies to drive down costs, improve quality and drive up value. With the right solution provider at their side, small businesses can now compete with the “bigger boys.” PCI has allowed us to grow our professional network, meet new clients, and stay informed with what is happening within this industry.

We also have worked with the PCI staff on a number of internal opportunities. They are very professional and willing to discuss/consider new ideas to provide suppliers like us with creative ways to position our product in front of its members in a way they can appreciate and take advantage of.

It’s an exciting time to be involved with this industry because rising applications across end-use industries (automotive, aerospace, industrial, and consumer goods) are driving the powder coating market demand. The opportunity to align ourselves with PCI was a logical decision that made business sense. We definitely recommend it to any powder coating business and other suppliers as well.
