PlayCore Earns PCI 4000 Certification

PlayCore, a leading manufacturer and marketer of play and recreation products is proud to announce that its Southern Fulfillment Center (SFC), located in Fort Payne, Ala., has recently earned certification by the Powder Coating Institute (PCI) for excellence in powder coating. The PCI 4000 Certification uniquely recognizes powder coaters who have the competency and processes in place to produce quality powder coated products.
PlayCore’s Southern Fulfillment Center was evaluated over 11 criteria, including surface preparation, ovens/curing, quality control, training, maintenance, packaging and customer satisfaction. The rigorous criteria ensures that the powder coating achieves a high level of excellence throughout the process.
