The PosiTector PC Powder Checker
measures uncured powder coatings
using ultrasonic technology to
automatically calculate and display
a predicted cured thickness. It helps
to control powder consumption to
ensure adequate coverage and reduce
waste. The updated checker features
a color LCD, an expanded internal
memory and free access to our full
suite of PosiSoft Solutions. The gage
continually displays/updates basic
statistics and automatically generates
formatted reports with measurement
summaries and charts. The device
now accepts all PosiTector probes
easily converting from measuring
uncured powder to cured dry film
thickness, surface profile, and more.

include WiFi, USB, Bluetooth,
PosiSoft Software and PosiTector.net
cloud-based memory storage.
