Col-Met Announces New Northeast Regional Manager

Col-Met Engineered Finishing Solutions, Rockwall, Texas, announced today that Curtis (Curt) Leach is joining its team in the Northeast as regional manager. Curt has more than 30 years experience in engineered industrial thermal systems as well as 25 years experience providing leadership for overall Innovative solution development, sales, marketing, and project management. Curt has contributed significantly to innovate U.S. thermal processing methods. In fact, several industries today are now utilizing these methods and technologies as typical and standard processes.

Curt attended New Jersey Institute of Technology and College of New Jersey to pursue his Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has also participated in trade organizations such as SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineers, PCI (Powder Coating Institute), CCAI (Chemical Coaters Association), AIMCAL (Association of International Metallizers, Coaters and Laminators) and TAPPI (Technical Association of Pulp & Paper Industries). In addition, Curt has published articles and patent applications in Metal Finishing, Industrial Paint & Powder, and Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

With Curt’s extensive knowledge in the development of finishing systems, bringing new innovations to the market, and developing problem-solving solutions, Col-Met says they are pleased he is joining their team and sharing his skills with its distribution partners in the Northeast Region.
