Jor-Mac Buys Empire Powder Coating’s Assets

The Jor-Mac Co., Lomira, Wis., though an affiliate entity, has purchased the assets of Empire Powder Coating, an established provider of custom powder solutions. This acquisition integrates comprehensive contract metal fabrication with full service powder coating services. The capabilities of The Jor-Mac Company are now expanded to include automated powder coating solutions for over-the-road vehicle tire rims as well as large scale metal fabrications for the industrial, agricultural, construction and power distribution markets. “We are enthused to have Empire Coatings as part of our contract manufacturing family and believe this will improve our position for future growth with both existing and new customers, says Kelly Sayles, President & General Manager.
