Membership Memo—Membership Matters

Posted on Monday, November 25, 2024

Being a member of the Powder Coating Institute (PCI) is important for both me and Hubbard-Hall. It’s one of the best ways to connect with others in the industry and share ideas. Through PCI, I’m able to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies. The conferences and workshops the association offers are valuable for seeing what’s coming down the road and provide an opportunity to talk with people who face similar challenges. I also get the chance to share what we’re doing at Hubbard-Hall and discuss how we approach things, which is helpful when meeting potential customers.

Hubbard-Hall benefits a lot from being involved in PCI. We’ve always focused on being a leader in the industry, and PCI helps us stay there. It gives us a solid network where we can not only learn, but also contribute. Whether it's discussions on process improvements or regulatory changes, we’re able to bring our own knowledge to the table while learning from others who are facing the same issues.

The idea sharing that happens within PCI is something I really value. It’s practical and to the point. We exchange real-world solutions and talk about what works and what doesn’t. This kind of collaboration helps me fine-tune what we’re doing at our company and make sure we’re always looking for better ways to operate.

By leveraging PCI's insights on emerging trends, we're able to stay ahead and provide our customers with the knowledge they need to stay competitive in their markets. The relationships we build through PCI also open doors to new partnerships and collaborations that strengthen our business.

Overall, being part of PCI has helped me and Hubbard-Hall stay connected with the industry. It’s not just about networking; it’s about gathering and sharing the practical knowledge we need to keep improving. Being part of this community ensures we’re continuously evolving alongside industry advancements.
