The next several pages are dedicated to job shops in the powder coating industry. Here, we present two PCI custom coater members, Absolute Powder Coating LLC and Kettle Moraine Coatings. This page is PCI’s way to give back to its members while offering PCT readers an excellent resource for custom powder coating services. Processes utilized: Batch powder system that can accommodate parts up to 10' x 12' 40'

Pretreatment: 10' x 14' x 40' sandblasting booth; only aluminum oxide media is used

Curing: Gas-filed batch ovens

End-users/industries served: From lard production manufacturing to government agencies encompassing city/state/federal including subcontractors to private individuals; recent projects include large triple axle trailers coated to US Air Force specifications, City of Albuquerque bus stop shelters, community park fence, New Mexico DOT bridge railing, automotive, patio furniture, and more.

Curing: Gas-fired
