Angle Pivot devices are designed to increase conveyor line density by up to 50% by closing up unnecessary spaces. The devices use gravitational forces to tilt racks out of the plane of the conveyor on inclines and declines. This results in closer rack spacing, increasing capacity up to 50%; with racks closer together you get a solid wall of parts, greatly increasing your paint line efficiency; and more accurate spray gun-to-part spacing ensures coating consistency and decreases waste.
