The maximum temperature rating is 300°F with a normal operating temperature of 140°F. The oven uses a three-lane indexing cart conveyance system that includes a floor-mounted chain drive system. Seventy non-powered carts rated at a 500lb maximum were also supplied with the oven. The company’s Paragon Processor PLC System was included with the oven. This system utilizes an Allen-Bradley Micrologix 1100 PLC with touch screen controls and a Eurotherm 3216 temperature controller. The system provides the recipe programming (up to 20 programs), and Ethernet communication capability.
